Through his work, Vassilis Dimitros tries to reach the source of all the images and memories, that most of the times automatically take shape inside the mind. His creations refer to an impulsive artistic ability of every human being, which moves the emotional world. Fractures of images, stimulations born out of what we feel, are the greatest influence in his work and attempt to visualize the human soul.

Inspired mainly by musical influences, but also by artists like Kent Williams, Dave McKean, J.K. Potter, Gustave Dorι, Vasily Kafanov, Vassilis Dimitros combines in his images modern tools and fine art.

Born in Athens, he studied painting and fine arts in AKTO (1999 – 2002), and in the recent years has worked as graphics designer in the art department of many advertising companies.
